CLASS SCHEDULE
The Regular Class List can be downloaded here. (Note: The downloadable list does not include the Special class and Workshops.)
The detailed schedule of the following month will be updated by the end of current month.
Note: Depending on your device setting, the class start time is displayed 12-hour notation or 24-hour notation. The class ending time is shown in 12-hour notation.
IN CASES OF EXTREME WEATHER, CLASSES WILL BE CANCELLED.

(Sub) = Subbed class
Class Level: Level 1 (Beginner) to Level 4 (Advanced) (Example: 1-3 = Level 1-3, All = All Level)
B = Beginners OK class
M = Maternity OK class
* denotes Bilingual E-J Classes, (E) for English-only classes, and (J) for Japanese-only classes.

Level 1 - Beginning or Basic Classes
Level 2 - Advanced Beginning
Level 3 - Intermediate

Level 5 - Most Advanced
All-Levels–All are welcome
Beginners OK–First-timers to yoga always welcome! Beginners and those with “Beginner’s Mind” are welcome.
BEGINNERS– PLEASE ATTEND ONLY LEVEL 1, BEGINNER’S YOGA, OR “ALL LEVEL” CLASSES.

TICKET PRICES (Valid from November 1 2019):
Drop-in - 3,000yen (anytime, no reservations necessary)
4-ticket - 11,000yen (valid for 3 months. Can be shared.)
10-ticket - 20,000yen (valid for 3 months. Can be shared)
20-ticket - 22,000 Yen (Valid for 1 month. Cannot be shared)
Mat rental is free
*Student Tickets for High School, College and Technical School Students*
Drop-in - 2,000yen (one time, anytime, no reservations necessary)
4-ticket - 8,000yen (valid for 3 months)
10-ticket - 15,000yen (valid for 3 months)
20-class-pass - 18,000 Yen (Valid for 1 month. May not be shared)
*Please inform your teacher and show proof of ID/attendance if you wish to purchase one.
4-class and 10-class series cards are valid for 90 days from date of purchase. You can share your 4-pass or 10-pass card with family or friends. 20-class-pass cards are not shareable. Cards cannot be used after expiration dates, except with advance notice for extenuating circumstances. If you are unable to use your card by the expiration date, you may pass it on to a friend. No refunds. We are sorry that we do not accept credit cards.
Card-Sharing:
The card holder does not have to be present with the non-card holder when sharing a card.
Student tickets are NON-SHARABLE unless the other person is also a student.
NOTE for Community class
Please pay with exact change of 1000yen notes. We cannot accept larger bills or coins. This class is offered as a community service for charity. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Please honour our policies respectfully. We offer these flexible options to better serve our clients.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
*Drop-ins are welcome anytime. No need to call before coming.
*NO RESERVATIONS NEEDED.
*Please arrive 15-20 minutes early for class to insure a spot, especially on the week-end. *Classes start promptly, and latecomers will generally not be admitted.
*Please inform the teacher of any injuries or physical limitations BEFORE class begins.
*Please turn off your cell phones and do not use them in the studio between classes.
*Sun and Moon is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please take care with your belongings. If you leave something at the studio, please email us immediately and we will secure your item if we find it.
*PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 20 MINUTES EARLY FOR CLASS. Please note we do not have a reception area so if you arrive early, you will ring the bell and disturb the prior class in savasana. Thank you for your understanding.
We are open on all national holidays for regular classes, unless otherwise stated.
In case of extreme weather conditions, classes will be cancelled as a policy.
We recommend to check also the news on the top page as the schedule might change suddenly.
